Local Housing - the end of “CEAL” in the Azores
Márcia Passos explains, in an opinion article for the newspaper Açoriano Oriental, the end of the extraordinary contribution on apartments and accommodation establishments integrated in an autonomous fraction of a building in local accommodation, the so-called “CEAL”, in the Autonomous Region of the Azores.
“The Legislative Assembly of the Autonomous Region of the Azores went much further than could be expected, as instead of choosing the parishes in which the “CEAL” would not apply, it chose to exclude from its application any property located in this autonomous region. ” says the Real Estate’s professional partner.
