ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Law degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Coimbra (1999); MBA from the IE Business School; High Potential Leadership course at the Harvard Business School; Advanced Negotiation Program at the Harvard Law School.
André Rocha is currently Executive Board Member at Grupo Casais, Consultant for African Lusophone Countries at IFC – International Finance Corporation, and professor at the Executive MBA at Oporto Busines School and Invited Professor – ESG + Non-market Strategy at FEP U. Porto – Economics and Management.
He was Responsible for the Corporate Affairs and for the MDS Group International Business (Sonae), working as Director of Communication and M&A Sonae Capital and as a M&A lawyer at Sonae SGPS. Executive Director of Frulact Group (2020) and Executive Member of the Board of Directors at OATVITA (2020).
