"Who is responsible for the computer blackout? And who will pay for the loss?" - Público
The global computer blackout in Microsoft’s Windows operating systems on July 19th affected around 8.5 million computers in hospitals, airports, banks, among other services.
Rita Ferreira Ramos explains to Público that there are nuances in the case, regarding who will bear the costs of the computer failure, predicting that “The companies, with whom they will try to litigate in the first place, will be with Microsoft”.
