Booking vacations
With the start of the new year, companies will have to plan their staff’s vacation days. The vacations to be taken in 2025 relate to work done in the previous year, 2024.
Thus, by agreement between employee and employer, or failing that, by determination of the employer, all vacation days to be taken this year, as well as those which, due to some legally permissible circumstance, have been carried over from one year to the next, must be taken by April 30 (in the absence of any other agreement to the contrary).
