PRA creates Asset Management Department and reinforces growth strategy
PRA – Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados announces the creation of the Asset Management Department, consolidating an area of practice that has been playing an increasingly important role in the structure and strategy of the company.
The new department is led by partner Catarina Costa Lopes, whose experience has been instrumental in the growth and consolidation of this area. The team focuses on setting up special vehicles for real estate investment, including monitoring investment funds and real estate management companies in all their legal and regulatory aspects.
