Competition & EU
The Competition & EU provides a complete, specialized and cross-sectional assistance to clients from the most diverse activity sectors, within the scope of national and european competition law.
This covers, namely, issues of individual restrictive trade practices, unfair competition, concentration control, horizontal and vertical agreements, abuse of dominant positions and economic dependency, state aid and economic freedom.
Our role is not only to prevent the risk of non-compliance with legislation, but also to prepare and monitor the respective extra-contractual and administrative liability processes, both before the national and european administrative authorities, as well as in courts (including arbitration and European Union courts).
We also represent our clients in private enforcement claims.
