The PRA Tax team provides our customers a wide range of highly integrated and specialized services aimed at responding to the most diverse tax issues which assume an increasingly significant importance to companies and individuals. Areas of expertise
▪ Consultancy: monitoring and clarification of the various issues raised by our customers, within the scope of their activities, giving them the best framework taking into consideration the constant legislative changes;
▪ Compliance: advisory and support on the fulfillment of the reporting obligations in force – both at the corporate and individual level;
▪ Tax Litigation: representation of our clients in tax and customs litigation proceedings before the Tax Administration and the Social Security Authority, both in the administrative and judicial stages, as well as in tax arbitration.
▪ Administrative offenses: representation in tax, customs and social security administrative offences proceedings.
