Pedro Miguel Fernandes is the new Chief Operating Officer of PRA
PRA – Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados announces the appointment of Pedro Miguel Fernandes for the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO).
With this integration, PRA reinforces its dedication to its customers, supported by solid leadership and a strategic vision aligned with current market challenges.
Pedro Miguel Fernandes holds a degree in Marketing Management from IPAM, an MBA from ESIC Business & Marketing School in Madrid, and completed the PADE – Senior Management Program at AESE in Lisbon.
With a diverse professional career, he recently held leadership positions at Samsung Portugal, including Partner & Channel Manager, IT & Mobile Channel Division Manager, Mobile Channel Division Manager, and Head of Sales – Retail & B2B Channel.
The appointment of Pedro Miguel Fernandes is part of the new governance structure of PRA, announced in October 2024, which aims to reinforce the company’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement. This restructuring included the creation of two new committees—Ethics and Risk, and Corporate Governance and Sustainability—and the expansion of the Board of Directors to nine members.
