PRA expands structure and integrates PVA Legal
PRA – Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados announces the recent integration of the law firm PVA Legal.
This operation allows the firm to consolidate strategic areas of practice, namely Real Estate, Tax, Litigation, and Labor, and to strengthen its team with experienced professionals who will now work in the firm’s office in the capital.
As part of this integration, Filipe Pimenta joins PRA as a partner and takes on the coordination of the Real Estate area at the Lisbon office. With over 20 years of experience, Filipe Pimenta was President of the Cascais Delegation of the Bar Association, a member of the Lisbon Ethics Council, and was recently elected Vice-President of the General Council of the Bar Association.
Among the notable additions, Sandra Vitorino also joins as a partner and will coordinate the Tax practice in Lisbon. A lawyer with over 20 years of experience, she has developed her practice with a particular focus on litigation and arbitration in the areas of Administrative Law and Tax Law.
The team also brings new reinforcements to different practice areas: Telma Marques Vitorino joins as a partner, integrating the Litigation and Arbitration team; David Lopes Borralho reinforces the Labor area; Paulo Cascão joins as Of Counsel; and Joana Traguedo joins the Real Estate team as a trainee lawyer.
With these additions, PRA strengthens its structure in Lisbon and expands its capacity to act in areas that are crucial for its clients.
