Equal work, equal pay
In pursuit of the principle of “Equal Work, Equal Pay”, the Working Conditions Authority has launched an inspection to check for gender pay inequalities.
Thus, based on the Single Report for the year 2023, the Employers were notified to draw up an Action Plan for the differences in Remuneration that were found. Upon receipt of the notification, the Employers have 120 days to respond, justifying the differences, if any are found.
