In the past 4th of july 2023, was publish in the Official Gazette, the law n.º 31/2023, which, expressly, determines the cessation of the validity of the laws published during the pandemic, due to expiry, prior tacit revocation or revocation by this law.

When it affets norms whose validity has already ended, the express determination of non-effectiveness of legislatives acts made by this law does not change the moment or the effects of that (previous) termination. Furthermore, the express termination now enacted does not affect the production of effects in the future of facts that occured during the period of validity of the respective legislative acts.
