The Intellectual Property team, which includes official industrial property agents, provides comprehensive support in the protection, exploitation, and defense of Industrial Property Rights and Copyright and Related Rights, accompanying clients throughout the entire life cycle of their intangible assets.

• Registration, negotiation, and defense of trademarks, patents, designs, or models, and trade secrets;
• Technology, software, licensing, and confidentiality agreements;
• Management and monitoring of IP portfolios at the national, European, and international levels;
• Judicial and arbitration litigation in intellectual property matters and disputes with collective management entities;
• Advertising, media, and due diligence.

Life Sciences

In the field of Life Sciences, the department offers specialized and cross-disciplinary legal advice in the areas of Health, Pharmacy, and Biotechnology, keeping pace with the regulatory complexity and specificities of this constantly evolving sector.

• Regulatory compliance and licensing of Healthcare Providers, pharmacies, wholesale distributors, and wellness establishments;
• Regulation of medicines, AIM, clinical trials, medical devices, veterinary products, cosmetics, food supplements, plant protection products, and medical cannabis;
• Administrative proceedings and relations with ERS, Infarmed, IGAS, ACSS, ASAE, and professional associations;
